This black stainless steel Figaro chain has a flat (non-shiny) finish. It is sold by the by the meter.

The links are open so there is no need for cutting, welding or jump rings. After determining length, links can be opened in a similar way to a jump ring, detached from chain length, and re-closed for safe, seamless wear that doesn't require a welder.
